《張敬軒 X 香港中樂團盛樂演唱會》演唱會補場/退票安排 (Please scroll down for English version) 主辦方已成功向香港體育館申請表演場地，將安排於2020年11月22日至25日作出補場，重現《張敬軒 X 香港中樂團盛樂演唱會》。補場場次對照表如下： 已取消場次演出日期 補場場次演出日期 2019年11月22日 2020年11月22日 2019年11月23日 2020年11月23日 2019年11月24日 2020年11月24日 2019年11月25日 2020年11月25日 就已取消場次，已購票的觀眾現可選擇：- (A) 保留已取消場次之演唱會完整門票正本(連同票根)，按上表所對應之補場場次憑完整門票正本(連同票根)入場觀看相關補場演唱會； 或 ***按此下載「補場場次演唱會門票登記表格」*** (B) 根據於eeg.zone 上載之《最後階段 - 演唱會退票退款 – 郵寄辦理表格》所載之條款及細則申請退款。 ***按此下載「最後階段 - 演唱會退票退款 – 郵寄辦理表格」*** 補場場次安排詳情如下： 保留已取消場次之演唱會完整門票正本(連同票根)入場觀看補場場次演唱會 持有2019年11月22日至25日已取消場次之演唱會門票的人士，可憑已取消場次之演唱會完整門票正本(連同票根)按上述補場場次對照表所列日期，觀看指定場次的補場演唱會，並按已取消場次之演唱會門票上編定的座位入坐 (例：如持有2019年11月25日演唱會門票人士則可憑已取消場次之演唱會完整門票正本(連同票根) 觀看2020年11月25日之補場場次演唱會) 。 選擇觀看補場場次演唱會的觀眾務必填妥於 eeg.zone上載之《補場場次演唱會門票–登記表格》所須資料，並於2020年4月8日至10月31日期間，電郵或郵寄：(i)填妥之《補場場次演唱會門票–登記表格》;及(ii)已取消場次之演唱會完整門票正面(連同票根)的拍攝檔或購票確認電郵影印本(適用於第3項的情況)予主辦方作登記及記錄之用。如持票者未能於上述期限作出登記或演唱會門票缺損，主辦方及場館有權拒絕持票者進場。如有任何爭議，主辦方保留最終決定權。 如經城市售票網購票但仍未領取門票的觀眾，必須於補場場次舉辦前於「購票通自助取票機」刷卡領取已訂購的門票，任何登記表格或購票確認電郵或短訊均不被視為入場憑證。如觀眾選擇觀看補場演唱會但在2020年10月31日前無法領取門票，則可以於登記限期屆滿前(即2020年10月31日前)把登記表格連同購票確認電郵影印本電郵/郵寄給主辦方登記。 如觀眾無法以電郵向主辦方遞交網上登記表格及已取消場次之演唱會門票的拍攝檔或購票確認電郵影印本，亦可以把登記表格、已取消場次之演唱會門票的影印本或購票確認電郵影印本郵寄給主辦方，但主辦方不會補貼有關郵資。 主辦方地址：英皇娛樂(香港)有限公司香港灣仔軒尼詩道288號英皇集團中心28樓(演唱會部)*信封面請註明 <補場演唱會門票登記> 有關補場演唱會門票登記詳情請參閱於主辦方網頁 eeg.zone上載之《補場場次演唱會門票 – 登記表格》，申請者將受有關條款限制及約束。 申請退款詳情: 各持票者亦可選擇由2020年4月8日起至2020年6月30日止(“最後階段”)申請退款，持票者必須將取消場次之演唱會完整門票正本(連同票根)及填妥無誤之退款表格於上述期限內(以郵戳日期為準)，寄回主辦方： 主辦方地址：英皇娛樂(香港)有限公司香港灣仔軒尼詩道288號英皇集團中心28樓(演唱會部)*信封面請註明 <演唱會退票> 如經城市售票網購票但仍未領取門票的觀眾，可不遲於2020年6月30日於「購票通自助取票機」刷卡領取已訂購的門票(此期限僅限申請退款人士)。(選擇觀看補場演唱會的觀眾仍可於補場場次舉辦前於「購票通自助取票機」刷卡領取已訂購的門票，詳情請參閱以上(A)(3)補場場次安排)。如觀眾選擇退款但在2020年6月30日前無法領取門票，則可以於退款限期前把退款表格連同購票確認電郵影印本郵寄給主辦方辦理退款。 主辦方只接受掛號或快遞形式郵寄(不接受親身及郵件到付形式遞交)的退票申請表格連同取消場次之演唱會完整門票正本(連同票根)。 如門票上的資料曾被塗改、刪除或門票遭損毀、污損或殘缺不全或被驗出是假票，則有關退票恕不受理。主辦方將補貼每項退票申請郵資(不論任何地區和退票數量)一律一次性港幣叁拾伍元正(HK$35)。主辦方對是否作出退票有最終之決定權利。 由於不能預計退款申請數量，主辦方將盡快處理退款，不遲於 2020年7月31日完成最後階段退款手續。 有關退款詳情請參閱於eeg.zone 上載之《最後階段 - 演唱會退票退款 – 郵寄辦理表格》，申請退款者將受有關條款限制及約束。 完成最後階段退款後，主辦方將不會接受任何退款申請，未能於最後階段作出退款申請之持票者仍可於2020年10月31日前完成補場場次登記，憑完整門票正本(連同票根)按補場場次對照表所列日期，觀看指定場次的補場演唱會。 備註 除另有說明外，主辦方對觀眾因購買取消場次之演唱會門票所涉及之一切手續費、行政費及郵寄費等均不作任何補償。 主辦方不會提供任何取消場次之演唱會門票報失補領安排，如購票人未能提供取消場次之演唱會完整門票(連同票根) ，將不獲得任何退款或觀看補場演唱會之權利。 如有任何查詢，請於辦公時間( 星期一至五，早上10時至下午6時，公眾假期除外)致電熱線 (852) 2835 4035，亦可電郵至concert1@emperorgroup.com。 此致 主辦方：英皇娛樂集團日期：2020年4月8日 英皇娛樂官方網站：eeg.zone 英皇娛樂Facebook平台：www.facebook.com/eegmusichk ============================================================================= The Organiser has successfully applied for Hong Kong Coliseum for <Hins Cheung x HKCO Concert> (“Concert”) and shall arrange the rescheduled performances from 22ndNovember 2020 to 25thNovember 2020 according to the following schedule: Cancelled Performance Dates Corresponding Rescheduled Performance Dates 22nd November 2019 22nd November 2020 23rd November 2019 23rd November 2020 24th November 2019 24th November 2020 25th November 2019 25th November 2020 Audience who purchased tickets of the cancelled performance(s) of the Concert may choose to:- Retain the original valid admission ticket(s) (with ticket stub(s) intact) of the cancelled performance(s) of the Concert and attend the corresponding rescheduled performance(s) on the respective date(s) as shown in the above schedule; or ***Click here to download 'theRescheduled Performance(s) ― Ticket(s) Registration Form' *** Apply for refund subject to the terms and conditions of the “Final Stage – Returned Tickets – Refund Application Form” (“Refund Application Form”) as uploaded on the Organiser’s website at eeg.zone. ***Click here to download 'Final Stage – Returned Tickets – Refund Application Form (request by post)'*** Arrangement for the Rescheduled Performance(s): Keeping the original valid admission ticket(s) (with ticket stub(s) intact) of the cancelled performance(s) of the Concert for attending the rescheduled performance(s). Ticket holder shall retain the original valid admission ticket (with ticket stub(s) intact) of the cancelled performance(s) of the Concert for admission to the respective rescheduled performance(s) according to the schedule listed above with the same seating arrangement printed on the ticket (e.g. audience holding the admission ticket for the cancelled performance on 25thNovember 2019 shall be entitled to enjoy the rescheduled performance on 25thNovember 2020). A ticket-holder may be refused admission if any details on the ticket have been omitted or altered or if the ticket is damaged, defaced, or otherwise mutilated. Audience who choose to attend the rescheduled performance(s) is required to complete the <Rescheduled Performance(s) – Ticket(s) Registration Form> at eeg.zoneand send the following documents to the Organiser by email or post from 8thApril 2020 to 31stOctober 2020: (i) completed and signed <Rescheduled Performance(s) – Ticket(s) Registration Form>; and (ii) photocopy of the original intact admission ticket(s)(with ticket stub(s)) of the cancelled performance(s) or “Purchase Confirmation Email(s)” of the Concert (applicable to the circumstance stated in item 3) for registration and record.Admission may be refused if any details printed on the admission ticket(s) have been omitted or altered or if the ticket is damaged, defaced or otherwise militated or audience did not register during the above mentioned registration period. In case of any dispute relating to admission, the Organiser reserves the right for final decision. All tickets purchased through URBTIX shall be collected fromCityline Ticket Dispensing Machineswith the credit card used for online or telephone booking on or before the respective rescheduled performance(s). No registration or email/message confirmation shall be regarded as admission evidence. If audience is unable to collect the admission ticket(s) for the cancelled performance(s) of the Concert by 31stOctober 2020, please send the completed and signed < Rescheduled Performance(s) – Ticket(s) Registration Form> together with the purchase confirmation email to the Organiser by email or post for registration by the above deadline (i.e. by 31stOctober 2020). If audience is unable to email the completed and signed <Rescheduled Performance(s) – Ticket(s) Registration Form > and photocopy of the original(s) of the admission ticket(s) or purchase confirmation email for the cancelled performance(s) of the Concert to the Organiser, audience may post such completed and signed forms together with photocopy of the original(s) of the admission ticket(s) for the cancelled performance(s) or purchase confirmation email to the Organiser by post; however, the Organiser shall not subsidize any postal fees. (Audience who choose to attend the rescheduled performance(s) can collect the tickets of the cancelled performance(s) of the Concert on or before the respective rescheduled performance(s) date(s). Please refer to Arrangement for the Rescheduled Performance(s)(A)(3)above for details). If audience is unable to collect the admission tickets by 30thJune 2020, please send the completed and signed Refund Application Form together with the purchase confirmation email to the Organiser by email or post for refund. All Refund Application Form(s) together with the original(s) valid admission ticket(s) (with ticket stub(s) intact) shall be mailed to the Organiser by registered mail or courier only (Any personal delivery and postage paid by addressee shall not be accepted). If any information on the returned admission ticket(s) have been altered, deleted, or the returned admission ticket(s) is damaged, defaced or incomplete, or is found to be fake/forged, the application for refund shall not be accepted. The Organiser will subsidize each successful application a one-off postal fee for the amount of HK$35 (regardless of postal areas and numbers of returned tickets). The final decision on acceptance of a refund application shall be at the sole discretion of the Organiser. As the Organiser is unable to estimate the numbers of refund applications, the refund applications shall be processed as soon as possible and refund to the ticket holders will not be later than 31stJuly 2020. For refund arrangements details, please visit the Organiser’s website (eeg.zone) and download the Refund Application Form accordingly (subject to the terms and conditions therein contained). Organiser shall not process any refund application after the Final Stage Refund Deadline. Any ticket holder who has not submitted the refund application before the Final Stage Refund Deadline can still complete the rescheduled performance(s) ticket registration procedure mentioned in (A) above on or before 31stOctober 2020 and admission to the replacement performances will be granted to those with original valid admission ticket(s) (with ticket stub(s) intact) and prior registration according to the schedule listed above. Remarks:- Unless otherwise specified, the Organiser shall not be liable for any costs and expenses, including but not limited to handling fees, administration fees and postage/courier fees, for the purchase of ticket(s) for the cancelled performance(s) of the Concert. The Organiser shall not be responsible for making any arrangements for reporting lost Any person who fails to provide valid admission ticket(s) (with ticket stub(s) intact) shall not be entitled to refund or attend the rescheduled performance(s).
