嚴正聲明 近日發現有個人或組織在網上不同平台高價兜售【宇多田光演唱會2024香港站｜HIKARU UTADA SCIENCE FICTION TOUR 2024】(“該演唱會”) 門票，我方對此極度關注，並在此鄭重聲明： 該等兜售行為沒有取得我方授權，所有該演唱會門票均須透過唯一的官方銷售平台（即“HK Ticketing”）購買，我方並未作出任何內部門票訂購安排； 所有門票僅會在該演唱會舉辦前兩星期才陸續向購票者發放，上述謊稱已取得現票的兜售者涉嫌存在欺詐行為； 市面上某些非官方門票銷售平台收取高額手續費售賣演唱會門票，該等銷售行為從未經我方授權或認可，我方有權拒絕持有相關銷售平台所發放門票之人士入場觀看演唱會。 如透過官方銷售平台（即“HK Ticketing”）成功購買門票之人士於任何平台兜售該演唱會門票，一經發現，我方有權拒絕相關持票人士入場，並保留一切從法律途徑追究的權利。 我方感激廣大樂迷踴躍支持，請大家保持警覺，注意詐騙陷阱，提防受騙! 該演唱會的門票公開發售將於2024年5月8日進行，懇請大家從官方銷售平台（HK Ticketing）購買門票。 特此聲明! 英皇娛樂集團 2024年4月30日 Announcement We recently noticed that a number of individuals or organizations on multiple online platforms claim to have the ability to offer official tickets for [HIKARU UTADA SCIENCE FICTION TOUR 2024] ('the Concert') for sale at vastly inflated prices. It came to our concern that:1. such ticket touting activities are unauthorised and not regulated. All tickets for the Concert must be purchased through our exclusive official ticketing agent (i.e. 'HK Ticketing'). No internal ticket ordering arrangements have ever been made;2. all tickets will be issued to the ticket purchasers no earlier than two weeks before the Concert. Any false claim of having tickets in stock for sale is suspected fraud;3. certain unofficial platforms offer ticket for sale with high handling fee charged. Such sales are unapproved and not authorised. We shall have the sole discretion to refuse admission to any person holding ticket purchased from such unauthorised platforms.All tickets are issued to the successful purchasers for their sole use only. In case of any individuals found to have offered their ticket for sale, we shall have the sole discretion to refuse admission to the person holding such ticket. EEG, HK Ticketing and Cathay shall in no event be responsible for any refund of the purchased tickets or any loss suffered from such unauthorized purchase and sales activities. In case of any individuals found to have purchased their tickets through unauthorised parties or any individuals holding any fake tickets or tickets that have been reported lost, admission may be refused to the person holding such ticket. In the meantime, in case of any refund arrangement due to cancellation/ postponement of the Concert, all face value of the tickets shall only be refunded to the ticket purchasers but not the ticket holders.
